Shaykh Abd al-Samad Shrine Complex, Natanz, Iran.

The shrine complex for Shaykh 'Abd al-Samad, a Sufi of the Suharwardi order, was developed after his death at Natanz in CE 1299 by the vizier Zayn al-Din Mastari. The complex has become one of the best-preserved Il-Khanid shrine complexes surviving today.
